$2 paid per quality review!

(Edited Feb 2009: ReviewStream turned out to be a scam. Don't waste your time there.)

Less than a month after being introduced by a fellow clicker to try out another online earning site, I can now say that this one is a better alternative to clicking ads for cents or joining review sites like Ciao where just about anyone can post crappy reviews.

Reviews posted in ReviewStream are assessed first before being posted on their site. What's good about this is that there is quality control and double checking if the reviewer deserves the $2 fee per review.

There is also a bulk rate that is given ($0.40, I think) to those whose reviews don't meet all of RS's criteria. I don't check the bulk rate box when I send in my reviews because I believe that everything I write for them has substance.

So far, I have had 3 reviews approved and already have $6 in my account. It's fine by me to wait for a few days before they send me notification that my reviews have been approved. At least I know that they're really looking for honest reviewers.

Reviewers need to reach $50 in their account to be able to cash out. If you're industrious enough, I think it would be easy to reach payout here than in any other site that pays in cents. When I have more time in between my writing deadlines, I plan to do more reviews to reach my first payout faster.

In case you're wondering, yeah, you can review just about anything you own or use or go to. Check out the ReviewStream site to know more.

Enjoy earning! :)

Bummer

Latest news in the online earning world:

Ciao just removed their $0.25 per review and is instead implementing a "new-improved" scheme that no member can make heads or tails with. I've stopped posting there at the moment. Will probably resume if the $12.22 cashout I requested end of November will really be paid to my PP account mid of this month.

Thinkbux has reset balances to zero just when I am only $0.03 short of my first $5 cashout. Aaaargh! And the admin has some lame explanations that I can clearly translate as "Say goodbye to your hard-earned money from clicks because I just got them as my early Christmas present." :(

I'm sticking with the other trusted sites that are still paying (according to proofs of payments at the PTC forums). I've also started getting more active at Helium now by writing full-length articles that might just earn me money in the long run. After all, taking it slow is sometimes really worth the wait.

Wish I started here a long time ago

I have been hearing about Ciao for several weeks now. People in forums have been saying that it's easier to make money here than in PTC sites. I thought it was like Helium or Associated Content where you're only paid depending on the page views your write-ups get.

But a forum poster at Mylot said Ciao pays per uploaded review. So I tried signing up yesterday. I found that there are lots of products there that I already used, watched, listened to and generally know something about.

In a burst of energy, I made review after review and didn't realize I made 13 in total when I started getting tired.

I noticed that members have been rating some of my reviews right after I post them. Some of them even invited me to join their circle of friends. What a nice community!

Earlier today, I logged back in and whoa, I was really surprised because I already made $3.97 from my participation yesterday! That's phenomenal for me because in PTC sites, if you don't have referrals under you, it may take you about two weeks or more just to reach the first $1 mark.

At Ciao, you can already cashout when you reach $5. Try it out for yourself and see how fun it is to write about stuff you already know about. Click the banner above to register.

Cashback Offers

I have signed up under several people for some of the PTC sites I belong to. They offered cashbacks for a certain number of clicks. Now that I have been paid (via AP and PP) by several of my uplines, I’m now also offering cashbacks to those who will sign up under me.

First, if you still don't have a Paypal or Alertpay account, sign up here:

http://www.paypal.com

http://www.alertpay.com/?YwUlBlcVHZSl9omZk56MwQ%3d%3d

Here are the deals ...

INSTANT BONUSES:

http://www.neobux.com/?r=writermom
$1 for every 210 clicks via AP or PP
(I got paid by Neobux already!)

NON-INSTANT:

http://www.ara-bux.com/?r=writermom
$1 for every 200 clicks via AP

Some reminders:

  • Before hitting the Register button, make sure my username is the one in the referral space. Otherwise, clear your browser’s cache and try again. I advise that you use Mozilla Firefox as your browser instead of Internet Explorer when you do PTC clicking.
  • After signing up, EMAIL ME at pinoyclicker[at]gmail.com the following details: your username, the PTC site you signed up under and your AP/PP account email.

*Calling all those who signed up under me already, you too can avail of these cashback offers so PM me asap too!

  • I will regularly monitor the number of clicks you will make under me. If you’ve reached the requisite number of clicks, feel free to remind me but I promise that once I see you’ve already reached payout, I’ll send your bonus instantly (see list of instant paying sites) or as soon as I get paid from a particular site (see list of non-instant paying sites).
  • I will also be posting here stats of all referral clicks for transparency purposes as soon as my downlines begin confirming sign ups via email.
  • All offers will remain valid unless the PTC site suddenly stops paying or turns scam. Sorry, but it happens. I have had sign ups and clicks that weren’t paid anymore by uplines because they also didn’t receive their payments from the site.
  • Offers may still change if there are also changes made in each of the site’s TOS (terms of service).

Notice that I didn’t give offers to all the sites I belong to. I’m still in the process of weeding out which are really legitimate or not among the other sites. So far, with the sites I’ve posted above, I know of someone who has been paid there already or I have been paid there myself.

Check back often as I will be adding new sites under the cashback offers. If you have been bitten by the clicking bug and want to sign up for more sites, check out those listed at my very first post below (which is being updated regularly). I might offer cashback on some of them in the future once I have more proof that they pay.

Referral exchanges are still welcome. Give me an offer and let's see if we can make a deal :)

My First Payment from Neobux!!!

Finally, I reached my first $2.12 payout and I got to cashout yesterday! (Happy, happy, joy, joy! LOL)

I was amazed that it seemed it only took seconds before the money was transferred to my Paypal account. Here's the proof:

Date Type To/From Name/Email Status Details Action Amount
Oct. 27, 2008 Payment From NeoBux Completed Details $1.98 USD

They deducted a few cents as transfer fees though.

I've also requested my first cashout from Storybux but I have to wait because they release payments in 5-7 days. Will post proof of payment again here when I get it :)

Yey! I'm earning on the side ... slowly ... but surely ...

Some Thoughts for the Sceptics

It's been about a month since I started clicking ads. And nope, I haven't been able to cash out yet. But hey, I never said in my first post that this is an easy-money thing. As I explained, I do this on the side while I attend to my real job (freelance writing) whenever I'm on the internet.

I have "met" and communicated with several long-time clickers this past month and I've been learning little by little about the ptc world. As confirmed by my new online friends, one has to be patient before you can see results but I am hopeful to see my first ones within the coming weeks.
Again, I'd like to reiterate that this is not something you should go into if what you're thinking is to earn tons of money immediately. Even regular employees wait until the 15th and 30th to get paid right?

I know most of us are in the same boat. We'd like to earn a little and we want it to be a sure thing. Well, stay-tuned and find out how I fare in this venture. Think of me as your guinea pig :)

I'll be sure to post proofs of my earnings here once I get them. I've already seen some in my friends' sites that's why I have been confidently pursuing this.

In the end, it is your choice whether to believe or not. Life is made up of chances and opportunities. We just have to discern which are the right ones for each of us. I simply chose to follow my nose on this one.

But ... before anything else ... you need to register for an Alertpay account (similiar to Paypal). It's what most PTC sites use to pay members when we have already reached minimum payout and are ready to withdraw our earnings.

Register for a free Alertpay account here:

Now, on to the PTC sites. I've researched these ones and have co-members in several forums confirm that they are legitimate. I'm arranging the sites with my most recommended ones on the top. If you plan on signing up, do sign up from the top then just go down the list.

Please don't leave the referrer space blank as the site will just assign you randomly to somebody else.

Neobux - Please put "writermom" as your referrer. This is one of the most trusted PTC sites. I know someone who has been paid 20 times already. And I've already got my first $2 cashout!!!

Clicksia
- Please put "writermom" as your referrer. If you want to get traffic to your site/s, this one's for you. They have a points system that lets you convert them to site traffic.

Arabux - Please put "writermom" as your referrer.

Baybux
- Please put "writermom" as your referrer.

TaketheGlobe - Please put "blindingscythe" as your referrer. This site has more than 40 ads to click everyday.

VLinx - Please put "writermom" as your referrer.

Buxp - Please put "writermom" as your referrer.

ITNPtc - Please put "writermom" as your referrer

InboxDollars - Please put "writermom8" as your referrer.

I encourage US residents to sign up here because there are more offers for you that are location-targeted.

Hold it! Please refrain from clicking the sites below:

Buxout folded today (12/15/08). Argh, and I didn't even reach a first payout :(

Buxout!

Sandraclicks have gone scam.

Osobux is taking so much time to pay members. Queue numbers are not even moving and I'm still in the 2500+ position!

My upline at OldSchoolBux has stopped paying people who signed up under him because the site is talking too long to pay. So what else is new?

Betabux seems to be sinking. With only 2 ads a day, it's not worth it clicking there.

Famebux now has a new rule that you can only cashout if you invest back to the site. Duh, what kind of a scheme is that? They've been earning from advertisers and yet expect members to also invest -- by force!

Famebux.com

Occupex is another site that seems to choose who to pay at random :(

Max-PTC's admin is very fickle-minded. He doesn't seem to know what he really wants with the site and keeps changing the TOS too often, members are getting dizzy with all the announcements.

I have a pending payment at Paypalmoney and I'm not clicking again until they pay me!

I heard Dingobux is still paying but since my upline who exchanged refs with me vanished into thin air, I don't want to continue with this site anymore.

DingoBux

Dailycent turns copycat to IsabelMarco's scheme. When standard members request cashout you'll get a message that you can only get your money once you turn premium!

Join dailycent.com Paid-to-Click Program

Thinkbux's new admin is a scammer. He has suddenly reset all balances back to zero for a better "scheme" just when I was only $0.03 away from payout! Grrr!

ThinkBux.com!

Looks like IPCommunity folded up for good. Nobody can log in anymore. I wasn't able to cash out here but have been paid by my upline as bonus for clicks.

CleanInvest has gone scam.

Professionalbux has shown how unreliable it is. After being offline for several days, it came back but I can't log in anymore using my old registered username and password. There goes all the previous clicks I've made :(

Divinebux is a cheating site. When they went to official launch, they reset all the balances back to zero! I refuse to continue clicking there.

Darn it. I've reached my first $2 payout at Storybux last Oct 28 and have requested payment. No news until now. My upline's payment request has been pending too since Oct 10. It seems this is another paying PTC that went bust.

CrewBux.com

*Sigh* I've been reading posts (Oct 23) at the MainBux forum and it seems like the admin has run off with the members' money :(

There have been some discussions about questionable processes from Cashnbux and B-u-x.net lately and although I already have reflected earnings there, I decided not to pursue these sites anymore.

I just got news (Oct. 3) that IsabelMarco has suddenly announced today that all free members must pay for upgrade or we don't get to cash out at all. Lots of posters in ptc forums are enraged and are saying they will be boycotting this site from now on. I am now too. In my opinion, they just might have signed the site's death warrant.

Buxdol is another PTC that has been being rumored as scamming its members. They only paid during the early days :( I checked the forum and true enough, lots of members are complaining. Nothing else to do but stop clicking.

I guess netcashbux folded too. The site has been offline for too long :(

Check back
often because I am updating this list almost everyday with other sites that also pay well.

Happy clicking! :)

Watch out for my proofs of payment -- coming soon!
